Center for Information Support of the Educational Process
at Kyiv National Linguistic University
The Center for Information Support of the Educational Process (CISEP) is a structural unit of Kyiv National Linguistic University that provides organizational, methodological, and information technology support for the educational process using the university’s digital services and information systems.
The Center was established to enhance the quality of the educational process, develop the digital competence of participants in the educational environment, and ensure the effective use of information and communication technologies in teaching, learning, and the management of educational activities.
Main Tasks of the Center

The Center coordinates the use of the Microsoft Office 365 Cloud environment in the university’s educational process, including:
- corporate email;
- online communication and collaboration services (Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, etc.);
- tools for creating and sharing educational materials.
Office 365 is used as a unified digital environment for academic, organizational, and communication activities of students and university staff.
Student Electronic Cabinet (Automated Management System)
The Center provides informational support for the operation of the student electronic cabinet within the automated management system (AMS), which gives students access to:
- curricula and class schedules;
- learning outcomes and academic performance;
- administrative and reference information.
The student electronic cabinet is an important component of the university’s digital educational environment and contributes to transparency and convenience in organizing the learning process.
Methodological and Consulting Activities
The Center provides methodological support to academic staff regarding the use of digital tools in the educational process, including:
- conducting consultations and training sessions;
- preparing recommendations and instructional materials;
- contributing to the development of digital competence among participants in the educational process.
